FAQ
I just placed my order. When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
Orders are shipped within 7 days of the purchase/payment date. We process orders Monday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand in our studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact us or add a note to your order, and we will try to get it out as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.
I haven't received my item yet, and I think it may have gotten lost in the mail. What should I do?
We recommend contacting USPS, UPS or FedEx directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. We have no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and Shacoo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please take a look at our return policy if you change your mind about a purchase.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount coupons must be used at the time of purchase. We can not process discount codes retroactively. If you return an item that was purchased using a discount code, you will not get that discount code back.
We are unable to "stack" discounts in the same order. If you are using a percentage discount code, you will not be able to use a free shipping code for that order.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping in Georgia.
Payment and Shipping
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships. We do not store your credit card information. We use Authorize.net for our merchant services. They validate your credit card information and return an authorization code and the last 4 digits of your credit card to us - we never see your credit card information. You can click on the Authorize.net seal at any time to verify our relationship with Authorize.net.
Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can click on the Volusion SSL logo on our pages at any time to verify our SSL status.
Most banks outside of North America do not support cardholder address verification (AVS), so we cannot accept credit card payment for orders placed from outside of the USA (excluding US territories and military APO/FPO). All non-US credit card payments must be made using PayPal.
Please Note: If you attempt to place an order using billing information that does not match the cardholder information on file with your bank and the pre-authorization fails due to an address verification system (AVS) failure, it is possible that your bank will place a temporary hold on funds even though the transaction does not go through. This includes gift cards having a Visa/MasterCard logo that do not allow registration of a cardholder address. Unfortunately we have no control over this. The temporary hold will be released by your bank in the timeframe specified in your cardholder agreement. To prevent this, please be sure that the billing information provided during checkout is an exact match (name and complete address) to the card information on file with your bank.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. The easiest way to exchange your item is by placing a new order and return your other items for a refund.
If the items being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form for an online credit. This is the only way we can accommodate exchanges.
If you used a discount code with your original order, we are unable to honor the same discount after the discount has expired. If you are returning an item you purchased using a discount and want to place a new order, the discount will not be applied to your new order. The discounts are only valid for one time use.
***For any custom orders you must pre pay in advance. All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.***
Repairs
If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair. Please ship materials back to begin repair process. We strongly recommend sending a photo with your request to help us determine the nature of your repair. There may be a small fee to repair your piece and we do not cover shipping charges.
Crediting Your Returns
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
